A – Yes we offer Roof inspections for $150.00. This process will require a signed roofing inspection contract, and payment is due upon the completion of the inspection.

Q – Do you offer Roof Certifications?

A – Yes we offer roofing certifications for a $150.00 charge. If the roof can be certified, we will provide it at the time of appointment and payment is due upon receipt. If it cannot be certified, we will provide a form with attached estimate of what work will need to be completed to bring the roof to standard for certification. We will take $75.00 off the contracted price, should you choose to have Rocky Mountain Roof Doctors complete the work needed for certification, as well as provide the certificate at the completion of the inspection by the building department.

Q – Does a Roof Inspection/Certification fall under your “Free Estimate” offer?

A – No. Our free estimate offer is for owners who are looking to complete work on a project that is not currently on the market.

Q – If I am buying or selling, what is your charge for an estimate?

A – There is a $50.00 charge for an estimate for either a seller or a purchaser in any real estate transaction. If the seller or purchaser signs a contract for Rocky Mountain Roof Doctors to complete work, the $50.00 charge for estimate will be removed from the final contracted price.
